Jingle Bell Master Class
BAC’s Annual Jingle Bell Master Class!!!
Saturday, Dec. 13th – 9:00 – 10:15 A.M.
Our opportunity to give BAC to local families in need for the holidays. Class includes: Zumba, Jazzercise, RIPPED, Pilates, Yoga, Strength & Stretch. Taught by BAC Group Ex. Instructors and open to everyone! So bring your friends & family for a suggested donation of $20. Lots of door prizes, snacks, fun and fitness! Hope we see you there!
Fall Classic Recap
We had 85 participants from Washington and Canada participate in the Fall Classic Racquetball Tournament this year. We gave away festive awards including: 24 turkeys, 22 pumpkin pies, 20 bags of potatoes and 11 bags of rolls! We had a great weekend. A HUGE thank you goes out to our sponsors, Kris Fykerud at Oasys, Rod Jackson at Industrial Supply, & Paul Carlson at Carlson Steel, we couldn’t have done it without you guys! Move It Mondays
This is a paid program that allows children to engage in textile activities and crafts. Children will work on moving different parts of their bodies while participating in a variety of activities. Contact Tiffany Morton if you have any questions!

Freaky Friday Night Out!
Come join us for another “fangtastic” Freak Friday Night Out. The kids will have a “Howlin’ Good Time” full of
Halloween themed games, swimming, pizza, popcorn, snacks, juice, prizes and end the night with a Halloween
themed movie! Your child will not want to miss out on this “Spooktacular” Party! Costumes are strongly encouraged.

Aqua Zumba
BAC hosted a Aqua Zumba certification class this summer, and we are very pleased to be introducing this energetic fun pool party class to our Aqua Aerobics schedule. Amy Krutzinger and Tina Schumacher have spent the month of September developing the class, with Amy running the opening pool party to rave reviews. Nineteen exuberant pool dancers had a blast, and are looking forward to Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30am. Come hit the pool and have a great exercise experience. Let us know if you would like to see the class at a different time slot.
