Cardio Dance & Fitness Class

Join Elena for her Cardio Dance & Fitness Class. It is a high-energy class incorporating dance moves, focuses on cardio, kickboxing, resistance training, Pilates, barre, and yoga. This unique experience offers an inspiring blend of dance, fitness, rigorous cardio and body sculpting. You’ll move, sweat, and enjoy every second of this fabulous class!

Monday & Wednesday at 5:30 pm
Tuesday & Thursday at 7:15 am
Saturday at 8:30 am


We are adding a new cycling class beginning March 1st. It is called “REVOLUTION Happy Hour”  and it is every Friday evening from 5:15 – 6:15 p.m. and it is taught by Courtenay McFadden, a professional, elite cyclist!
It will include not only cycling but incorporating strength and core as well…so a well rounded, full-body workout.

Valentine’s Zumba Party – Postponed

Our new cycling program “REVOLUTION” is up and running! We have been thrilled with the way things are ?rolling?out! It’s been going so well we’ve decided to add another evening class on Thursday nights from 5:45 – 6:45 p.m. taught by Liza.

Jeremy, the program director, is currently monitoring the class sizes, and working on the most effective way to handle any full cycling classes we might have. Here are a few reminders if you are taking the class:

  • Let the instructor know if it?s your first time, so they can get you set up properly on the bike.
  • You cannot reserve a bike for anyone else. You need to physically be in the building to take a class.
  • If you see a new member coming in to take the class, please welcome them to BAC. We realize how difficult it is coming in for the first time when you don’t know the routine.

Because the Downtown studio is the only place we can offer cycling classes, we are moving the 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. RIPPED/HIIT class to the Cordata gym. Jeri and Heather will continue to teach this class and are excited to have more room for options and hoping to get more new faces in the class over the New Year. If you have any questions about any of our classes, please look up the class descriptions on our BAC website.

We also want to welcome Frederica to our Yoga staff! Freddie is teaching a class at the Downtown club from 6:45 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday nights. If you haven’t taken her class yet, please check it out! And if it’s your first Yoga class, just let her know before you begin, so she can go over any options you might need. Enjoy the holiday season? and we look forward to seeing you in the studio!

Kids Martial Arts

Has your child expressed interest in trying out martial arts? Do you feel like your child can benefit from the life skills martial arts teaches? Starting Tuesday, November 27th, Tanner Simpson, a local world champion martial artist and first-degree black belt, has created a martial arts program at Bellingham Athletic Club! Tanner has trained in the martial arts for over 15 years and is recognized by 3 different organizations for his teaching prowess. He earned the title of world champion in 2014 and he is now actively working at achieving his goal of opening his own martial arts school under the Rock Solid brand. If you or someone you know is interested, feel free to contact Tanner at 360-383-7376 or check out Rock Solid online for more information!

Turkey Burn Class is back!

In an effort to help you burn off those extra calories consumed on Thanksgiving; join us for our special Turkey Burn class to be held on Friday, November 23rd at the Cordata club from 9:00 am – 10:15 am taught by Heather and Susan! They are planning a mixed class including Dance Jam, Strength, Yoga and Pilates. This is always a great class, be sure to come in and enjoy the fun!

Family Fun at BAC

As Fall descends into Winter, come in with your family and have some fun; Racquetball, Basketball and some group exercise classes (check with your instructor as to suitability for kids) are available to our BAC families. Our pool is available for family swim MWF 3:30-5: 00 PM and 7:00-8: 30 pm and Weekends 3:00-5: 00 pm and 6:00-8: 30 pm, Fridays we have a preschool swim from 10:30-11: 30 am. Don’t forget Swim Lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All of these are great ways to stay active and healthy as a family throughout the winter season.
