Every parent has a few odds and ends to finish up around the New Year, so we’re offering an ‘Afternoon Out’ twice during winter break! Kids can enjoy craft time, racquetball, swimming, and a pizza lunch while you…relax!

The next Junior Racquetball Lessons will begin the week of January 1, 2019, and run through the week of January 22nd. 4 weeks, 8 lessons (no class on January 1). There will be offerings for all levels. Open to Members and Non Members! Sign up at the Cordata Facility front desk!

All classes are taught by Club Pro, Wanda Collins. Wanda has been teaching juniors for 20 years and is currently Director of Junior Development on the board of the Washington Racquetball Assoc.
Has your child expressed interest in trying out martial arts? Do you feel like your child can benefit from the life skills martial arts teaches? Starting Tuesday, November 27th, Tanner Simpson, a local world champion martial artist and first-degree black belt, has created a martial arts program at Bellingham Athletic Club! Tanner has trained in the martial arts for over 15 years and is recognized by 3 different organizations for his teaching prowess. He earned the title of world champion in 2014 and he is now actively working at achieving his goal of opening his own martial arts school under the Rock Solid brand.

Come join us for another holiday-themed Friday Night Out. The kids will have a blast “Dashing Through the Snow”, while you can have a “Silent Night” of your own.
The night will be full of pizza, games, crafts, swimming, popcorn, treats and end the night with a holiday-themed movie! Your child will not want to miss out on this “Jolly” Party! Pajamas and cozy clothes are strongly encouraged.

As Fall descends into Winter, come in with your family and have some fun; Racquetball, Basketball and some group exercise classes (check with your instructor as to suitability for kids) are available to our BAC families. Our pool is available for family swim MWF 3:30-5: 00 PM and 7:00-8: 30 pm and Weekends 3:00-5: 00 pm and 6:00-8: 30 pm, Fridays we have a preschool swim from 10:30-11: 30 am. Don’t forget Swim Lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All of these are great ways to stay active and healthy as a family throughout the winter season.
This Friday (October 26th) we are hosting a special “Spooky Swim” during our Evening Family Swim from 7-8:30 PM. If you want to do something festive for Halloween with the kids and you have an extra family swim pass lying around, come join us! There will be themed games, prizes, and lots of laughs!
