Wanda began playing racquetball competitively in 1980 and has been a top-ranked open player since 1985. She is a long-time Washington’s Women’s Open champion and is on the Washington Racquetball Association board. She is the Club Pro and is available for racquetball lessons and advanced clinics. Wanda spends her “spare” time with her husband, Mike, and their two children, Sarah and Wade. Her offseason is filled with golfing, hiking, camping, and traveling as much as possible.

Northwest Open
The 48th annual Northwest Open tournament is just around the corner (March 15-17, 2019). We will be celebrating St.Patrick’s Day (weekend) on the courts. There will be divisions for everyone to participate in! This tournament tends to be a local favorite that brings people from Hawaii, Canada, California, and more!
You may sign up on the tournament website, or keep your eye out for entry forms around the club. REMEMBER: Juniors, you only pay $15 to play, thanks to the WJRA who picks up 1/2 of your entry fee. Make sure to fill out a paper entry or have Jessie help with registration so you get the proper discounts!

Washington State Doubles Tournament
Mark this date on your Calendar! January 19-20, 2019. The Washington Racquetball Association will be hosting the Washington State Doubles Tournament at Bellingham Athletic Club! We are looking forward to bring players from all over the state up to Bellingham to play for the weekend.
This event is a qualifier for the USAR National Doubles. Cost is $75 for up to two divisions. IF you register by December 7, you will receive $10 off your entry fee.
We have lots of doubles players in Bellingham, so find your partner and bring your A-Game, lets
represent!
