TACFIT

Our six-week TACFIT program begins May 30 at the Downtown Bellingham location. TACFIT will:

  • Improve muscle economy
  • Accentuate functional strength & mobility
  • Advance recovery & breathing technique

Bellingham’s “Ski to Sea Parades make it almost impossible to get to the Downtown club. For this reason, please be aware of these schedule changes for May:

Downtown Club:
Friday, May 19th Closing 6pm – Junior Ski to Sea Parade
Saturday, May 27th Closing 12pm – Ski to Sea Parade
Monday, May 29th Closing 2pm – Memorial Day (No classes)

Cordata:
Monday, May 29th Closing 7pm – Memorial Day (No classes)

Easter Sunday is this weekend and we will be running Holiday Hours which means on Sunday April 16th the Cordata Club will be open from 7:00am to 7:00pm with no Group Exercise Classes and the Downtown Club will be open from 7:00am to 2:00pm with no scheduled Sunday classes.

Toys for Tots

For years our members have been very generous and donated hundreds of toys to children in Whatcom County through the Toys for Tots program. Both the Cordata and Downtown clubs will have collection bins for toys for needy Whatcom County families beginning Monday November 28th. We are counting on you to be generous again this year. The toys need to be new, unwrapped and for children aged 2-14. Toys will be collected until December 19th. As a club, we can be proud of the giving spirit demonstrated by our members each year; as BAC is one of the biggest contributors in the County, let’s make 2016 the best yet.
