Stretching Plus

Recharge your body with gentle, safe and effective stretching. Understand how to safely stretch major muscle groups and leave with a 20 minute routine. Active Isolated Stetching (AIS) is a dynamic stretching system. It works with the natural healing processes in the body by holding a stretched position for no more than two seconds. Rhythmic repetitions enhance the benefits of this technique.

Jingle Bell Master Class

BAC’s Annual Jingle Bell Master Class!!!
Saturday, Dec. 13th – 9:00 – 10:15 A.M.
Our opportunity to give BAC to local families in need for the holidays. Class includes: Zumba, Jazzercise, RIPPED, Pilates, Yoga, Strength & Stretch. Taught by BAC Group Ex. Instructors and open to everyone! So bring your friends & family for a suggested donation of $20. Lots of door prizes, snacks, fun and fitness! Hope we see you there!

Move It Mondays

This is a paid program that allows children to engage in textile activities and crafts. Children will work on moving different parts of their bodies while participating in a variety of activities. Contact Tiffany Morton if you have any questions!
When: Monday from 10:00am-11:00am

Costs: $4 for members, $5 for child of member, $6 for non-members

Aqua Zumba

BAC hosted a Aqua Zumba certification class this summer, and we are very pleased to be introducing this energetic fun pool party class to our Aqua Aerobics schedule. Amy Krutzinger and Tina Schumacher have spent the month of September developing the class, with Amy running the opening pool party to rave reviews. Nineteen exuberant pool dancers had a blast, and are looking forward to Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30am. Come hit the pool and have a great exercise experience. Let us know if you would like to see the class at a different time slot.

Barre Classes

During our Shutdown we installed Ballet Barres in the Cordata Studio. We are thrilled to have a terrific new instructor Leah Carroll who has an extensive background dancing and teaching, Her classes will be held Tuesdays at 4:30pm, Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 10:30am. This is a great addition to our already robust Group Exercise schedule. If you have never tried a Barre class I highly recommend it, featuring stretching, movement and strength, you come out of the class almost feeling like you had a massage. Welcome Leah and thanks for bringing us such a great new class.

Weights for Women

Have you been at the gym a while and need some new inspiration? Do you need a starting point or a starting over point? Are you battling your body and feeling like you can’t get a good workout in? Maybe it is time to try a personal trainer. The reason we are called personal trainers is because we can cater the program specifically to you. Whether it is weight loss, injury recovery, or just extra motivation to help get you to your goals. Trainers cost between $45 and $60 per hour and can set you up on a program and send you on your own or work with you several times a week. Whatever you think you need.

Another option besides personal training is a small group training class such as Weights for Women. These classes take you throughout the weight room in a small group setting. Because the groups are small and you are working with a trainer you have the proper guidance in doing the resistance exercise that works best for you. Weights for Women takes place at the Cordata Club on Monday and Thursday mornings at 10:00 and Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 4:30 PM. The cost is $9 a class or 8 classes for $64. There are also classes at the Downtown club. Come try one out for free!
