Exercise Class Schedule

We do not need to sign up for classes anymore! The only signups are for lap swimming.

The below schedule is subject to change as we continue to add more classes.

In-person classes are available at both Cordata and Downtown locations.

Please note that all classes are now in-person.

— Cordata —

Monday

TBC with Tina at 9:00 a.m.
Water Aerobics with Jill at 5:00 p.m and 6:00 p.m.
Power Hour with Heather at 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday

Zumba with Cindy at 9:00 a.m. in the Studio.

Wednesday

TBC with Tina at 9:00 a.m. in the Studio.
Water Aerobics with Tish at 8:30 a.m., and with Jill at 6:00 p.m.
Bootcamp with Jeremy and Melissa at 5:30 p.m. in the Gym.

Thursday

Yoga with Michal at 9:30 a.m. in the Studio.
Aqua Zumba with Cindy at 9:00 a.m.

Friday

Step and Pump with Cindy at 9:00 a.m in the Studio.
Water Aerobics with Jill at 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

Saturday

Zumba with Cindy at 9:00 a.m. in the Studio.

    • You do have to have a Facebook account to join one of our live online classes on our private Facebook Group (BAC Online Classes). If you prefer, you do not need to use your Facebook account for anything besides our classes. Currently, we offer one Zoom class…Zumba. We also have a library of online classes available on our website. Contact the front desk if you need the password.
